Late Arrival Policy
We understand that delays can happen, and we will always do our best to accommodate you. Because we reserve your appointment time exclusively and aim to stay on schedule for all patients, arriving late may limit what we’re able to complete during your visit.
- If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled
- Missed time may be subject to the same fees outlined in our cancellation policy
We appreciate your understanding and your efforts to arrive on time so we can provide you with the full attention and care you deserve.
Treatment Considerations & Clinical Judgment
Dentistry is both precise and dynamic. While we carefully plan your treatment in advance, there are times when conditions discovered during your visit may require adjustments. If this happens:
- We will communicate any significant changes with you whenever possible
- Your care will always be guided by what is clinically appropriate and in your best interest

Consent to Treatment
We believe informed patients make the best decisions about their health. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge that:
- Your condition and recommended treatment options have been explained
- The risks, benefits, and alternatives have been discussed
- You have had the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers
While we strive for excellent outcomes, dentistry — like all healthcare — does not come with guarantees. Results can vary based on many individual factors.
Warranty & Preventive Care Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to helping you maintain long-term results. To support this, we offer a warranty on certain dental treatments, provided that the following conditions are met:
- You maintain regular hygiene visits as recommended (typically at least twice per year)
- You follow recommended home care and treatment guidance
- Your account remains in good financial standing
The warranty may be void if:
- Recommended hygiene visits are missed or delayed
- Necessary follow-up care is not completed
- New conditions arise that affect the treated area
Our goal is not just to complete treatment, but to help it last. Specific coverage details and timeframes will be discussed based on your treatment.
After-Hours & Emergency Care
If you experience a dental emergency outside of regular office hours, please leave a voicemail. We have around-the-clock access to voicemails and will get back to you as soon as possible. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.
