By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from our office.
- Messages will be limited to appointment-related information
- Text messages will not include detailed personal health information
Email Communication
By providing your email address, you consent to receive email communication from our office.
- Emails may include appointment details and general communication related to your care
